At Magundi Coffee, we take pride in delivering freshly packed coffee and tea products from the Magundi region of Chikmagalur. Your satisfaction is our top priority. This policy explains how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds for purchases made on https://magundicoffee.com.


1. Returns

  • We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@magundicoffee.com with your order number and clear photos of the product.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are not applicable for used or opened products, or if you simply change your mind after purchase.

3. Replacements

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, we will replace it at no extra cost.
  • Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with proof (photos or video) of the issue.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially used coffee or tea packs
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Orders placed under discounts or special offers (unless damaged or incorrect)

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping for approved refunds or replacements will be covered by Magundi Coffee only if the issue is on our end (damaged, defective, or incorrect product).
  • If the return is due to customer error, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
